When submitting images for custom print, these images must be either by you or for you, i.e. you must have clear and present permission to print the images provided.
Images that have been pirated or otherwise taken without permission of the original artist will be rejected. This includes images widely available on the internet, regardless of source, unless the artist has made it clear that they are being provided with the intent that persons may use them to print custom items.
Persons who submit images found to be lacking sufficient permissions will have their orders rejected and receive a permanent ban from usage of the website. Any product produced using images subsequently found to have been taken without permission will be destroyed.
Due to a rash of persons attempting to use our custom print service to print stolen/pirated images, we have added an additional layer of evaluation, and all custom images are now subject to manual evaluation instead of just an automated image search. We ask for your understanding regarding the increase in production time this will create.
If you suspect your work is being pirated, please inform us at management@fdaki.com so that we can be certain that any such pirated images will be rejected upon site from any customer sumbission.
