In July of this year, we were proud to introduce a number of new face masks, which proved both popular and very helpful to our customers during the current crisis.
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we were let down by our vendors, and the quality of the masks we received was inferior to that with which we were initially presented. While most customers were quite happy with the results, a few rightly complained, and so we sought out new vendors.
We are happy to announce that we have found vendors which meet our quality guidelines in both print and build quality, as well as which offer improved options our customers have requested. A small test purchase is now in stock, with more to be added later.

The remaining stock of our original print run will be liquidated on eBay, beginning at half price. Additionally, we are accepting offers, so if half price isn't enough of a discount, just make an offer!
Lastly, we would like to announce our plan to compensate those who purchased masks from our first run and who remain unsatisfied.
If you are in any way unhappy with your mask for any reason, please e-mail management@fdaki.com with your order number and we will either offer a $5/mask refund, or a $5/mask credit towards any of the new masks of your choice. You do not have to return the mask, and may keep or discard it as you see fit.
