Beginning on July 25th, the USPS, under orders of Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, underwent radical reorganization that has seen the removal of postal sorting machines, the lessening of hours or furloughing of workers, and other actions.
This has resulted in a massive increase in shipping delays, especially for international packages, which were already delayed by COVID-19 related delays.
As such, we ask for your patience on all delayed packages. If you have not received your package within four weeks of its being shipped, please let us know so that we can file an inquiry. If we can confirm the loss of any item, we will provide a full refund. Otherwise, we ask that you continue to wait. You will receive either your order or a full refund. This we promise.
Going forward, we now offer FedEx to both our domestic and international customers and DHL to our international customers. If you feel that the USPS will not be able to deliver your item in a timely fashion, we encourage you to pursue these options.
We thank you for your patience in these trying times and apologize for your items not getting to you sooner, despite this issue being well beyond our control.
